Is it really that difficult to reply to an email?? After three attempts still no feedback. What I want from them is quite simple, they fixed my car and the wiring went haywire. Now all they need to do is fix it, or at the very least get back to me regarding this, which is obviously asking way too much. The work is guaranteed for 12 months, but that was probably a as well. This all after it took them 3 months to fix the car, and I still haven't received the new tow hook and tow hook cover. It has been 6 months since the accident, and three months since I got my car back from them. This is ridiculous!!! I do hope as many people as possible see this so that Great South Autobody can catch a wake-up.
