Rightway Autobody 6 months and counting

I have last year November 2012 took my Kia Rio to be fixed... I paid this people R10000.00 (That's right ten thousand rand) to fix my car... I drove 700km with it and it broke... but the story does not start here... 6 months ago I broke the gave me a quote I have accepted as I needed my car for work... I got it back drove 2 km and took it back... the second time we drove it for 40km and took it back then in January when I can back from Australia I went and collected my car... I drove /-600km with it and it broke again.
And from the start I told them the car is not right.

I paid them in full, they collected the car again and to date I have not received my car back after so many phone calls to them, I have asked for my money back... nothing I have asked them to fix my car properly.. nothing where should I go and what should I do. Being a single mom with three kids, and people think they have the right to do this to you as they are untouchable
