King Koil
So much for 10year warrenty!!!

We bought a king koil bed/ base set about 6 years ago, my mattress is at a stage that we can not sleep on it anymore, it is sagging and is just killing us. You can even see the shape of our bodies and that is not on, it is suppose to be a "dont turn"matress. We have tried to get hold of some one at Bravo but they are not willing to hel, they keep on telling me i must log a complaint with the store, witch i did and they can t help either, they keep in refering me to Bravo. I need this to be sorted out asap, this is not on for such a big name brand!!!
