I have been phoning every week for the past 4 weeks trying to buy a gas refill for my Braun cordless hot bush, only to be told each week "next week". I was then informed that according to the buyer, stock would be available probably on Friday 5th and that I would be contacted on the Friday. It is now Wednesday 10th and I am still waiting!

So much for common courtesy, or lack thereof, towards their customers. I will most definitely not be doing my shopping there anymore.
