Dubble deduction of my purchesed, and bad customo

I bought a nail curificer and it went dubble of my acount and they wont pay my R275.00 back that was deducted. The cadhiers were very rude to me when i talked they put the music load and laughed at me, iwas rhere 9 oclock this morning and told them i will be back after work for a sulution and they could not help me because the didnt want to thats how there attitude was
