Don't trust any Eskom call center operators!!!

Eskom call center operators are totally pathetic and untrained! No evidence of knowing what there jobs entails and lack of explaining procedures! Just push you to different people and mess you around! Such a waste of time money and are the reason people should leave this country! They can't even get the operating hours for their walk in centers correct.. What a joke!
