Pathetic service!!!

I logged a call Tue 2013/04/23 10:05 PM via Eskom Email facility. I then received an email with the above mentioned ref number. I was complaining about a faulty transformer that kept tripping during peak hours. The unit had once almost blew up after tripping. Eskom did attend to the problem but never actually fixed it because the transformer is still faulty and making strange sounds from time to time. We have lost some of our appliances due to this faulty transformer and after laying a claim with the Braamfontein Eskom, we were told that its not their fault and our claim was rejected. Whenver it trips, no one from Eskom pitches up to sort this issue out and the people from the neighbourhood end climbing to the unit to reset it. I guess Eskom wants somebody to be killed before they take this matter seriously.
