Very bad service

I Stood in the line waiting patiently while the shopkeeper or cashier was busy helping another customer, no help was offered at all even after the customer in front of me has left. I then went to another key cutting place in The paddocks shopping centre inside the Spar, I got just as bad service! Cape Town key cutters are good for nothing!
