CANCELLATION, BUT NO MONEY BACK- WHAT A JOKE

I quote from the last complaint: "Thank you for your feedback. I'm really glad that we were able to resolve your enquiry..." I disagree with this.
Firstly thanks to Stuart for the cancellation, I see that I was not debited in the month of June.By the way I received an sms stating that I have a Double Deal CD/DVD/GAMING voucher ; rather confusing. However, this was not just about the cancellation ; now that you have cancelled does that mean that I paid you guys for absolutely NOTHING???!!! The first debit was R220.00 on the 31st of August 2011 after that it has been R99.99 debits from 2011 to 2013, oh never mind the debit fees. I seriously don't understand how this organisation works... really the mind boggles. Should you decide to contact me kindly make sure it is via email, I've heard enough sad stories.
