Bad attitude and service

I travelled over 55km to buy a waste bin for a competition from compass waste. Head office said I must pick up bin in Westmead Pinetown, we had a conformation email and the lady at Westmead office confirmed it. We could not take the bin as the lady at the counter said she does not have the documents to mark off the stock and for that reason she refused to give me the bin! I complained about this and told her I need it for a very important competition. I told her about Hello Peter and she started to swear at me. I never in my life were treated that way. I strongly recommended that people try and ignore that place as you get treated very badly. I will never or my family or friends buy at Compass waste.
