Faulty Jeep Compass cooling system for a new ca

I bought a Jeep Compass this May and I was happy with my car but I realized that the cooling system was not working correctly I then booked for an early service where I was advised that they upgraded the software which will speed up the fan. A week later I phoned to book the car in again as I was still not happy with the cooling system, the car was booked in on the 15/10/2013 where they now said the radiator was faulty and it was replaced. Yesterday morning on my way to church the car overheated and got to the red zone the warning sign came on plus I heard a strange sound. I pulled off as soon as I could and the car was towed to the Pinetown dealer, now they say it had air lock. This morning I noticed that the engine is still getting hotter than normal.

In the last 3 weeks I've lost 7 hours off work due to this 'brand new faulty car', I'm not getting any joy from the dealer as I have to prove that this car is faulty.. I've lost faith in Jeep and regret buying this car now.

I will be checking what legal stand I have on this matter as I'm happy at all.
