Towing should be a simple and pleasant experience, but some operators seem to see it as Wild West, where they can make the rules. When I had a very negative experience with Urban Towing, I called Gardens Towing and got a decently priced quote on the phone and experienced them standing by that, even when the job turned out to be more difficult than expected (when their tow car actually got stuck on the beach and had to be rescued by a second truck of theirs).

Friendly staff (in person and on the phone), delivery on the quoted price that nearly halved the other towing company's quote and reliable service. I was happy with them, so you should be too.
