I had a car breakdown 2 weeks ago in Brits. I called GM Support for roadside assistance hoping to get a quick solution but alas, my car was taken away by Brits Towing (sub contracted by GM I guess). After spending a weekend with no car and having had to travel all the way to Brits General Motors on a rented vehicle the following Monday, I waited for a good 3 hours for Brits Towing to turn up with my car dented on the front bumper (evidently from the unprofessional towing job). I have attempted to get hold of GM and/or Brits Towing with no luck. All I need is to get the Brits Towing people and GM to repair my car, period. All of my calls and emails to Brits Towing have been met with promises to call back and unending consultations with management. As a bonus, my spectacles and air freshener went missing from my vehicle after it spent the weekend in Brits Towing's possession (or wherever they took it to).

What is this world coming to? Can't a human being pay for service and get service as promised by a company or group of companies???
