Useless towing and call centre

In the time that I have been a Miway client I have used the towing service 4 times. Every time it has taken between 45 minutes to 3 hours to get the towing service there. On the most recent occasion 2 females were waiting for the towing company and the towing company started sending them please call me's. They did not have money on their phones either. What kind of horrid service is that? The Call center employee also did not phone them to find out whether they had been helped. Miway always calls me to apologize and that's that. Apologies don't fix things when inconvenience is continued.
