I reported faulty meterbox now I've lowvoltage box

WAS I SUPPOSED TO KEEP USING FREE ELECTRICITY AND NOT REPORT FAULT IF THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING? I had a meter box 07258951299 at house 18501 ext 13 Kanana Orkney for wich i applied for 60 watts because the switch kept on dropping due to having 4 plate stove Fridge and other appliances, and i got a number from eskom to put in that meter box to upgrate via sms without any problems.i used that meter box for a number of year without any problems. Then last year it started working but units never reduced which means "free electricity". I reported the fault and they came and removed the faulty box and put a new one . now this box has low voltage i reported this matter and applied for voltage upgrade and i receive a call from Enny Madola (018 4646000) that I'm not allowed to upgrade the voltage and I should get rid of the big stove and big fridge and buy a two plate stove because this 20 watts voltage is not enough for the big stove.
