No delivery / Parcel stuck at JHB mail hub?

Hello,

I've posted my parcel on 2013/06/11 and more than 2 weeks have passed and there is still no sign of it. When it will arrive its destination? Are there any more delays? I've included the tracking number in the "ID NO" field.
