Poor and Half Service

Because it is convenient for me to drop my car for a wash, i thought let's give them a SECOND chance to wash my car! Let's see if they can give me a clean car this time.
Because my car was long overdue, i asked for a polish and buff with the sparkling wash, only to find my car HALF clean, even though the dirt comes off easily (i know by experience) because i have two Nano Technology (liquid glass) layers on my car. Unfortunately i already paid, and had an appointment, so i decided to complain here and let you all know, as i also did not have the energy to fight for what's mine at that moment.
