Over a month for a parcel to leave the country

I'm deeply ashamed that it takes the SAPO over a month to deliver a parcel to the US, what's worse is that the parcel hasn't ever left SA and no one can give me a date to when it will leave. it's been sitting here doing nothing (like the SAPO) for over a month.

While I type this, I've been on hold with the SAPO tracking department for 26minutes and counting!!!

No one can give me answers and I'm utterly disgusted at the service I've had!
