Jimc owe me a refund and not answering there phone

I have been ti the jimc and it is horrendous experience the tellers are responsible for looking for parcels that are lost
my query is that customs had mad e a mistake in assesing my parcell and now owe me R1521 and i was told to leave and wait for a call with no reciept that anything has been processed i have all the documents
and was assured the supervisor would phone me his name is calvin
till today no response after numerous calls to him and his email
