Beware of Sebastian and Tutorwall

I sourced Tutorwall online as I was looking for a Maths and Stored Program System tutor for my son who does Mechatronics as an NCV course through a local college. Sebastian immediately contacted me by e-mail and appeared very efficient. I chose the option of 10 lessons and paid upfront. The tutor arrived but was unable to provide the SPS tuition but did assist with the Maths. He even came a second time. Thereafter we had school holidays. On return I again went online to book further lessons. Sebastian contacted me via e-mail to say that the tutor was no longer available but he would arrange a new tutor. I waited, but that is when all correspondence abruptly stopped. I could no longer log on to the online system, no e-mails to either [Email Removed] or their online e-mail [Email Removed] received any response. The e-mail address to Sebastian is now returned as a permanent error. The cellphone number listed went directly to voicemail but I was unable to leave a message.

This is a most disappointing situation. BEWARE OF SEBASTIAN AND TUTORWALL!!!
