Money and chocolates

Both my boys celebrate their birthdays in May. Their godparents live in Cape Town and we live in Johannesburg. They sent a parcel Speed Services to our boys. In the parcel she put a game for the younger son and R200 for the older son and a bar one chocolate each. The parcel arrived with just the game in it and the envelope with the note regarding the money and the chocolates, but the money and the chocolates had been removed. She called Lansdowne post office where she sent it from to complain, but I had already called the Post Office general number and they sent me the Claim form. I completed the claim form and faxed it to 086 673 2022 on 7 June. It is now more than a week later and we have had no response. Surely you have camera's in your depots and it can be picked up who these items out of this Speed Services bag. Hope to hear from you soon.
