Great service

My name is Xolisile Tshabalala from Orlando East and will like to compliment Zinhle an agent from Eskom Customer Care, I called in on the 18 June 2013 (time: 9:20am, reference: 96982703) to report a problem we have always been having for almost two months now with our electricity... I've made a few calls in the past and getting no joy out of my calls, I was promised the turn around time for the electricians to attend to the matter is 6 hours and no one will come until yesterday when I spoke to Zinhle firstly the call was handled very well in a very nice and polite manner and she felt my frustration and promised the matter will be attended in 4 hours time, to my surprise in less than two hours the electrician come and sorted the problem and now me and family are now warm this winter season. Thank you Zinhle you are the best we need such service in this country.
