Disgraceful service

8 months ago my daughter got married and Kim was asked to do the photography. At first she showed enthusiasm and offered advice as to where she could get good shots, and certainly seemed to have fun taking the actual shots on the day - but then came the waiting for the package to be completed. Her contract states 8-10 weeks but, 8 months later, we have still not received the complete package, despite having paid in full before the wedding. We have contacted Kim innumerable times asking when to expect the completed package, and her excuses have now become so pathetic that we simply laugh them off. Her service and breach of contract is a disgrace, and yet, despite warning her of legal action, writing to the newspapers, reporting her poor service on websites such as this, and even contacting a consumer watch consultant, nothing has prompted her to get the job done. So please be aware of this woman - she WILL NOT deliver what she promises.
