SA Post Office
Document Missing

Good Day,

After i sent registered mail with the Post Office in Springs on the 06th June 2013 to the attorneys in Northlands using their PO Box address, i tracked it and only to my surprise today after speaking with the attorneys it was heading to they told me the person signed for it is not from their company. What is the use of writing clearly the address and attentioning your mail on top of it all registering it? This is clearly absurd and ridiculous as this is a sensitive document. I have tried to call the branch in Northlands and no answer for three consecutive times.

I need this mail to be redirected to the correct person/attorney firm urgently.
