On 07 Sept 2012 I wrote to Flexiclub requesting them to cancel my Holiday Points with effect from the 2013 year, this was done because I am a pensioner and cannot afford the points any more. At that time my account with them was fully paid up. This gave them almost FOUR months notice. Since then I have written again to them and their collection agents in Cape Town and have replied to a letter sent by their Attorneys Louis Hansmeyer. All of these letters have been by registered post and I have proof of delivery of all of them from the Post Office. Since I replied to Louis Hansmeyer on 21 June 2013 I have been phoned three times by people from their office, each time a different person! They all deny any knowledge of the letter that I sent. I also sent an email to the email address on their letter [Email Removed] They all deny any knowledge of this email. All of the letters that I have sent by registered post have gone unanswered by FlexiClub, their Coilection Agents and their Attorneys. Surely it is common decency and good manners to respond to letters. The attitude of Both Flexiclub and their Attorneys is really bad.
