Returned Hugo Boss Suit

Returned the suit after about 2 years. The material was defective. According to the tests done by the retailer the damage was due ti incorrect process used by dry cleaners.

Although the company was not responsible they exchanged the suit even though I could not produce my receipts from the original purchase
