I have used this company for a few years now but this year things got really bad. Procedures were not followed through previously by their workers now, we the client must suffer the consequences. After being told that my job will not be printed unless the entire amount was paid, I had to pay the full amount without anything being done. My job was printed out and made into booklets incorrectly. Because of he rush of this job my client accepted this and moved on. After my client went through the booklets, it was discovered that a few of the tickets were missing from the booklets. The response that I got from Jamie at Colorpress was that he will not assist. "I have checked the first and last page of every book" were his words. How will he know if there was pages missing in between if he did the above???
I Called and tried to speak to Ryan Lotter, the man in charge and basically was told that based on the amount of work I give them he was not interested with my complaint. He did not give me a chance to explain what the problem was but continued to blame me as if I was at fault. He indirectly told me to get stuffed and he did not need my problems. I am now sitting with an incomplete jo
