Never gets back to you

We used Paramount Roofing to fix a leak on a terrace. There quote was reasonable therefore we accepted. They did the job but the roof is still leaking. They offered a 2 year guarantee but have not been to inspect the leak or even a courtesy call to say that they are busy. To date no phone call and the leak is still persisting in fact, its actually gotten worse.
