Replace of bigger Ai

Good day

I belief you can help me. I am a blind person. My problem is that I was using Mr Louis Van Wyk of Millennium Appliance and Construction 0747822759 to service my air. Mr van Wyk contact me to inform me about a bigger air for my room (i have a 9 btu and he have a 12 btu for me) so he ask me to pay R2500 then he will come and install the 12 btu for me. The R2500 was payed in Sept 2012 but since September until now no air and now money. I am not interested in the air anymore i want my money back. I saw Mr van Wyk in a restaurant on the 12 May 2013 and he promised me to install it the next day. No Mr Van Wyk up to now.
