Very bad client service only focus is money!

We asked them to install pre-paid meters. it was done quickly after I paid the deposit required. We changed the meters from 2 to 3 but never received an updated invoice. After the installation the calls started on Thurs. I paid the evening of the Thurs but forgot to send the proof of payment. then of Fri they started calling (more than 10 - I received 3 calls in 15 minutes). i tried to explain that both my husband and I had hectic days and were not at our PC's but to no avail. Still bombarded with calls. I then found out on Fri that I actually overpaid them but no surpise - today is Tues and I have not yet received the payment - their own rules do not apply to themselves. In response of my email to try to explain why we were not able to react immediately Louis sr responded that his wife is also very busy as she is the speaker of parlement! He then ended his email with Parlaments vrou se man - so immature. The total cost was R6000 and they still owe me R600 - no word from them but when I presumebaly owed I got called every 5 minutes.
