Unprofessional, rude photographe

KS Photography is an unprofessional company run by a rude, unhelpul photographer. This person runs a comapny in which she only provides her email address and does not respond to mails. Her excuse is that she only checks her mails at night but even with that, she did not respond to mine until I searched for her number on Facebook and smsed her. She still did not respond to the sms and only answered her phone after maybe 5-6 of my call attempts. All this after I already paid her the money for a shoot for my parents. I had to change the date and she was supposed to get back to me on monday, which she did not. After smssing her this morning to which I got an immediate response, she offered no apology nor did she admit what she was doing was unprofessional and rude, she simply stated i was harassing her and wanted to give me a refund. Haraasing her for a service which I had paid for 2 weeks ago?! Please do not waste your time, money or effort on her and her company. Photographers, in my experience, are not only professional but also friendly, passionate and helpful. She is none of those things
