PAID BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PHOTOS

I bought a voucher from Groupon for a KS Photography shoot. That shoot took place on the 1st November 2013 (while my son was visiting from the UK).
To date I have not received my goods, even though I have had several telephonic discussions with Krishka, and every time she promises to deliver and post them to a local address in Hillcrest.
None of my emails have been acknowledged or answered [Email Removed] and on the last phone call she said that they would be posted on the 10th January 2014 and that she would send the tracking number.
THIS PROMISE WAS NOT DELIVERED ON.

I wonder how Krishka of KS Photography would feel if she had forked out the R450 and was experiencing this SHOCKING SERVICE.

KS Photography could I kindly have the photos of my children posted asap to me - you OWE them to me, and maybe you should learn that secret to business success in in service delivery - instead of taking the money and running!
