Brands Bedroom Boutique
Bed paid up, not delivered due to by Staff

Hi, I made a Laybye with Brands Bed Boutique in Vincent Park, East London, fully paid up in Dec 2012 and awaited delivery which was promised to be January 2013 when the Factory has opened after Dec holidays. It never was delivered, I went there to do follow-up and got told there's delays in the factory but it will be with me by Feb. I couldn't do a proper follow-up in Feb due to a personal loss that I had to attend to. I then went again in March, and there was new staff now and I told them why I was there and the "White Lady" told me that I must bring my receipt as their previous staff was fired due to they commited with the Laybye and they've taken/destroyed all the store documents for laybyes with them, they can only find less than 10 receipts.
I went back with my receipt and they made copies, I have not heard anything yet. I went there two weeks back and the new Indian Sales Lady told me to go and open a case against that Lady as she from me not Brands *How am I suppose to find a memebr of their staff, I had nothing to do with the done by them*. Kindly assist me to get my money back or my Queen Bed, I paid up R4000 for it. Zandi Siyongwana, East London.
