Price you advertise is not the price you pay

I went to them And asked the lady for a price on a cut/blow. She said R150-R160. I asked if they have a opening and they said they could help me within 5min. That was for 1o'clock. When they finished with the haircut and I had to pay, wow. All of a sudden I had to pay R250. All of a sudden I grew "long hair", while I was cutting my short hair. How the can they all of a sudden charge R250" Now they say that I only wanted a blow wave and the cut was extra. They are liars and they will never see me again.
