Paying for Nothing

Fine Nkomo sold the LSI Software to me Jabulisile Lorraine Thathi which I was so happy and convinced it would work for me. I paid R500 deposit and I was told R662 will be debited from my account for 24 months which I did not have a problem with, then Fine told me that as soon as he delivers the Software to me he will set up an appointment to come and teach me how it works from my home this was in 09/12. I was so impressed by the way he presented the product to me but when I tried to make an appointment with him he would tell me he is not in Johannesburg I always made sure I called him every week with no success. Then on the 20/02/13 I sent an e-mail to London School of Investment asking them to cancel the debit order arrangement because I'm now paying for nothing. Fine never came to show me or teach me how the Software works as he had promised and Inno from LSI told me that they cannot cancel the debit order because I've signed for this, they can only lessen my payments to /-hundred which I'm not happy with. I just want them to cancel everything and take back their software. I feel cheated because now I'm sitting with this Software that I did not use.
