Deducting Monies without Permission

They deducting R 5.00 per day 6 Times per Day. I did not subcribe This phone has been out of Order since December 2012. I waited for the Upgrade in May only to see that they are taking R 30.00 per day = x 5 Months = R 4500.00 to date in a period that the phone was not even in Use. I spoke to Evon and she told me that I subcribed 22 July 2012 this means you are looking at R 9000.00 plus that they taken. How is it possible if i do not reply to any SMS's, give my money back you are taking money that you are not entitle to. Evon says that it will take 24 hours for an email to reach me to proof that i subcribed, why so long, should have it available immediately.
