WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

So i call this spa to book an appointment. i call since they opened at 10 am till they answered at 3:10 pm.
eventually got hold of the woman who doesn't even answer with a name and no land line is stated! only cell numbers! so she answers and really rude and racing off the conversation! i didnt even get the date and time i have to come in! so when i tried to confirm she put the phone down in my ear! i called back several times and guess what she didn't answer! this is the worst service i have ever encountered in my life!
