I received my cell phone statement today and was shocked beyond belief when I realized that my account was impossibly high. Scrutinizing the account, I quickly realized that ALL of the charges is for SmartCall.
Firstly, I have NO idea who they are or what they do.
Secondly, I have not subscribed to ANY services with ANY company seeing as this SIM is utilized only in my Tablet.
Please provide me with proff of the subscription - ALSO ensure that I am no longer subscribed AND make contact with me in order to discuss the way forward.
