The installer of my vehicles' sound system (from the mentioned supplier) was recommended by Mike (owner of the mentioned business in South Africa). This installer made a mess of installation. I followed this up with Mike and without hesitation referred me to a different installer, upgraded my system and paid for everything the new service provider did to fix the problems.
