I need my name cleared from Credit Bureau

In 2011 Justine took me to lawyers, norman Bisset & Associates, they called me to pay my account for Justine. I finished paying the account in November 2012. I tried to apply for a loan and have been told that Justine have listed me in Credit Bureau. I don't understand why I am still listed because I have paid all their money last year. I need them to clear my name because I have paid all their money.
