Poor customer service resulting in income loss

I phoned the sales department in the morning after placing the order and made payment in regards to delivery times because on the company website it states same day delivery given the payment is made and reflecting in the company bank before 14H00 on that day. They said it would be delivered the next day, which conflicts with what it states on the website. After I phoned again just to check on the progress and to find out if it might be possible to still receive the delivery the same day or early the following morning. they told me that I can track it via the currier when the currier collected at 15H00. At 16H00 I phoned the currier and they told me it was not in there systems yet (possible not scanned in at the hub or not picked up). I phoned the sales department again to confirm if the pickup was made and spoke to Monja, she was extremely rude and and told me I was wasting her time every time I phoned them. I then asked her politely if she could send and E-Mail to the currier requesting to have the parcel delivered before 10H00 (as per request by the currier). She replied she will not send the mail and we MUST NOT phone again unless it wasn't delivered. Clients are waiting.
