Asking for different price than advertised

The above company advertised a cross polo for R139 000.00 and included in the ad that they do bank financing. Spoke to an Anthony who gave his number as 0724517977. He told me the vehicle is available and that he would send the application form for vehicle finance. I went through the process of going through all of that and he mailed a day or 2 after to inform that the bank has approved. I called him the next day where he then informed me that the price has changed to R169 000.00. He said that he works on consignment and that the supplier was the one who changed the price, apparently this was an insurance claim. Always heard how second hand sales people should not be trusted but this takes the cake. They should not be allowed to advertise if they cannot honor what was advertised.
