Incredible Connection
Honour the price you advertise!!!

After seeing the special you were running (Samsung ATIV Book 5 Notebook) and asking my nephews if they'd like a one for Christmas as the special price was R1399.99, reduced from R12999.99, I decided to make the purchase. To my dismay, upon checking out, Incredible Connection was charging me the full price of R12999.99 and not R1399.99 as advertised!

I called your call center and Spoke to Jason regarding the price issue and informed him of what your website clearly shows, compared to what I was being charged (I offered to send him a screen shot of what I was seeing and what I should be paying) and wanted you to honor your advertising price as the law states (the price you see is the price you pay) to which he responded " you will not honor it, as you have had the same issue in the past and this is no different".

Its sad to see that a company such as Incredible Connection cant stand by there advertisements or should I say, "there word" as your advertisements speak on your behalf!

I'm not sure what your policy is and what it states, but I am positive that my nephews will be greatly disappointed and have a bland Xmas because of an error made on your side that you will not honor.
