Barksole
No service and bad attitude

This is absolutely the most disorganised store of the Barksole chain and must certainly have the rudest staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, after waiting almost a week for tips of the heels of my boots to be fitted, with no apologies from anyone about the delays, I gave them a piece of my mind when they also ripped me off by charging me R49 when I gave them the spare tips and pins which came with the boots, they initially told me that they had thrown the ones I gave them away and when I asked them to pay me back for "throwing them away", they mysteriously appeared out of the trash. As I turned to walk out, the staff member swore about me in his language, as if I don't know what "zamaia" means you, so I walked back in and gave him the other piece of my mind. It's not the R49 which I would gladly pay if the job was done on time and without, it was the delay and the attitude. I certainly won't go back to any of their stores after reading the numerous complaints
