Terrible Experience at Constatia Uitsig Spa

My wife planned an awesome day for our 17 year anniversary starting with a spa experience at Constatia Uitsig Spa. The experience was so terrible I feel it my duty to spend some time in letting everyone I can know just how bad it was. We arrived at 8:30 to find no-one at reception. When the guy arrived his first comment was 'sorry but one of our staff didn't pitch so we can't do your full traetment.' He then went on to say he also needed to change the times for our treatment. This is something that was booked way in advance and was not a cheap plan. After trying to explain that it was our anniversary and we weren't prepared to change our plans he very camly told us it wasn't his fault. We then agreed to do part of the treatment but when I asked that we then needed to be refunded for the voucher we had and that they couldn't fulfill, he was quite clear that he couldn't do that either and that it simply wasn't his issue. Ofcourse trying to get hold of his management was fruitless. Not contactabile he said. After a discussion trying to get this guy to see that he was ruining what was meant to be a welcoming experience we left. No treatment. Wife in tears. Unbelievably poor!
