Terrible experience

Arrived at the spa, it was raining. was taken to a room, by a therapist which was casually dressed, didn't engage much with me, and it was absolutely freezing. I was told the heater was on-I kept on asking for more blankets-it was terrible, I couldn't wait for the treatment to be over so I could get dressed. I left there feeling more tense than anything else. It was absolutely horrible. My pedicure was done in a lounge, with the therapist sitting on A kiddies chair and me on the couch, I asked for a cup of coffee and was told its only for clients??? I purchased this through Group-on-seriously-this was not worth a cent, and in addition, I would never put foot there again, even if I was offered a free treatment.
