Shocking service at Spa, rip off of note

We booked a stone fusion for my wife and a you are the man treatment at the Rivera on the Vaal on 31/12/2013. The service was shocking, we arrived at 14h55 for our treatment at 15h00. At 15h22 we still had no one attend to us. At 15h25 a staff member approached and apologized for their been behind and verified our treatments. There was some confusion but they sorted it out at the reception desk.

They then said there were no lockers or gowns available. We followed them to a downstairs room where I waited while my wife had a foot scrub. Then we proceeded to an upstairs room, approximately 15h40 where we prepared for our massage which ended at 16h05 as by 16h10 we were downstairs having iced tea. What a rip off and shocking waste of money. I complained to the reception who asked me not to report them.
Considering I had to pay full price for this. I will get my money back by instituting an action against the spa.
Terrible reflection on the hotel.
