We are a restaurant on the East Rand and we are ordering our colddrinks from ABI. We placed our order on Monday the 13th of May via the online ordering system as we do every week. We received a phone call from ABI's accounts department saying that our account is overdue. We paid everything outstanding, which was only one invoice and we faxed them proof of payment. Up until this moment we have not received our order that we placed on the 13th of May.

The rep from ABI came to see us during the week and said that we will be getting our order as per normal. This morning when we phoned ABI, the lady told us that our order was cancelled. No one at ABI phoned us to let us know our order has been cancelled. This is very bad service from ABI and our business is losing money because of that. If this was the first time, we would have left it, but this is the second time that this has happenend.

ABI is the only company where we can order our colddrinks from and i think the service from ABI is shocking.
