SHOCKING from start to finish! STAY AWAY!

This entire job has proved an absolute abortion from start to finish. We were initially quoted an amount of approximately R7, 000 for a very simple storage unit, and then when we went to finalize the design of the cabinet, we were then told it would cost approximately R14, 000 - this was within the space of about one month. The person who was sent out to take final measurements clearly had absolutely NO CLUE as to how to take measurements of room angles, heights etc. The storage unit was delivered approximately 8 weeks later (having been told it would take between 4 - 6 weeks), in pieces. Between fights, threats, screaming and shouting and pleading, we were finally sent a freelance installer who stayed all of 20 minutes and then fled the property, promising to return, which he never has. Despite numerous calls to the directors of the company themselves, we have had no feedback, no display of concern whatsoever and we still sit with an incomplete, un-installed cupboard, in pieces on our property. Their contract clearly states that delivery AND INSTALLATION are included in the quote. This is therefore breach of contract and they will shortly be hearing from our legal representatives.
