Great service experience!!!

Good service is so hard to find these days but my experiences with Rapidstudio has been nothing short of perfect!

It was my first time ordering and I was being a real clutz on their website, where I eventually chose the wrong delivery address. I called their call centre where I dealt with a very friendly and helpful woman. She changed the address while I was on the phone and together we even discovered that I had a problem on my laptop. She put me through to a technician who explained what the issue was.

What's great about their website is that they show you how many steps are involved in the completion of an order and how long each process will take. I could check the status of my order at anytime and to top it off, when I received an order confirmation which stated that my order would take 6 days - it did. It gets sent from Johannesburg let's say on the wednesday night and on thursday morning in Cape Town I have my parcel, hand-delivered to my door! That's great!

Just want to say that they are a breath of fresh air and that they should keep up their excellent work!
